Pax Essential is under new ownership, which consists of two veterans in the Flavors & Fragrances Industry. Berje and Texarome are working together to support and revive a longstanding industry that has been part of the Junction community for more than 60 years.

Pax will continue to work closely with local wood suppliers, vendors and its hard-working employees to carry on the enduring tradition of 100% pure and natural Cedarwood distillation for the fragrance industry. While continuing to invest in new plant facilities and infrastructure for the long term, we’re committed to green manufacturing, sustainability and creating harmony within the environment.
